Needs vs Wants

With the Bruins sitting almost dead last in the league after 1/10th of the season gone, what is going to fix there scenario? The players want it to stay the same and they will work out of it. The media as well as us fans are speculating on trades.
What do you think needs to be done?

Depth Down the Middle

With only a hand full of games played, the Bruins have been put to the test on their depth down the middle. With Savard out for the year, Boston is in a unique position to have Krejci, Bergeron, Seguin, Campbell, Kelly and Peverley as possible centres. With Krejci down, Seguin has risen above sceptics to produce a point per game since the start of the season. This leads me to my topic and question at hand, what do you do with Seguin when Krejci returns or is it what do you do with Krejci when he returns. Do the Bruins have to many capable centres? Would a trade be worth a look?

Bruins get Rich with Peverley

The Boston Bruins signed forward Rich Peverley to a three-year contract extension, the team announced Tuesday.
Peverley, 29, was acquired from the Atlanta Thrashers at last season’s trade deadline and was a big contributor during the Bruins’ run to the Stanley Cup. He had 12 points in 25 playoff games, including two goals in Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final against the Vancouver Canucks while playing on the top line in place of the injured Nathan Horton.
In 279 career games with the Nashville Predators, Thrashers and Bruins, Peverley has 62 goals and 91 assists. Peverley was signed in 2004 as an undrafted free agent out of St. Lawrence University.
